1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files websites store on your browser so navigation can work (for example, remembering your language or whether you're signed in). Not all cookies serve the same purpose; some are strictly necessary, others are for advertising tracking.
2. What cookies we use
Zaniora uses only technical and functional cookies required for the platform to work. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no profiling.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
__Host-zaniora_session | Authenticated session of the practitioner in the application. | Session / 30 days with "remember me". | Technical |
zaniora_patient_session | Patient portal session after PIN. | 30 minutes of inactivity. | Technical |

3. Third-party cookies
We don't set third-party cookies on the public landing (zaniora.com). Inside the app, when you start the payment flow with Stripe, their portal may set strictly necessary cookies to process payment securely. See Stripe's cookie policy.
4. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Since all of them are technical or functional, blocking them will affect the Service (for example, you won't be able to stay signed in).
5. Changes
If we add new categories, we'll update this page and show a prior consent banner.
